Tell us a little bit about either your latest or upcoming release. If you could only tell your readers one thing about the story that had to convince us to buy the book, what would it be?

“Veronasongs” is the first in a multi-book series entitled “The Matadors”. This book is about a girl named Donica who is brand new to this school called Verona, and she gets to learn what it’s like to be popular and an outcast all within a few short months. “Veronasongs” is the name of a diary that gets stolen and somehow ends up in her possession, only the owner of the diary is a boy whom she has a rather hefty crush on. “The Matadors” is the name of the mascot of the school that Donica attends; ultimately the series will be about the legacy and fate of this place that is very similar to the place where I spent some of my most important teenage years.
